Dela.art collection becomes partner of the Polish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale of Art

Dela.art collection and Eneris delegation were at the opening of the 60th edition of La Biennale di Venezia. The International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia is one of the most prestigious art events in the world. The exhibition has been held every two years since 1895, with Poland participating since 1932. During the six-month-long exhibition, projects from all over the world are presented in the national pavilions in the Biennale’s exhibition grounds (Giardini and Arsenale) and various venues in Venice.

The National Gallery of Art – Zachęta is the guardian of the Polish Pavilion and the organiser of exhibitions at the Art Biennale.

The mission of the Polish Pavilion is to promote the best contemporary art, exchange artistic ideas and draw attention to contemporary problems. The motto of this year’s biennale is ‘Foreigners Everywhere / Foreigners are everywhere’. The Open Group collective and curator Marta Czyż present the project Repeat After Me II in the Polish Pavilion as part of the 60th Venice Art Biennale. This year’s exhibition is a collective portrait of witnesses of the ongoing war in Ukraine presented in the form of an audiovisual installation. It consists of two video works made in 2022 and 2024. The Open Group collective was founded in August 2012 in Lviv by six Ukrainian artists. The work of the group’s members is based on the study of the interaction between people and the context of space, creating the so-called open situation.

The 60th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia opens from 20 April and will run until 24 November 2024.
