EnerisCARE Recognised at the ESG Innovator 2025 Awards
The EnerisCARE programme has been recognised in the ESG Innovator 2025 awards, receiving a distinction in the Employer of the Future – Health Programme category. Organised by the Polish ESG Association, the awards honour projects that combine innovation with genuine social impact
EnerisCARE: supporting employee health in high-risk regions
EnerisCARE was developed in response to growing health challenges in regions with some of the highest levels of air pollution in Poland. Launched in 2025, the programme provides free preventive healthcare to more than 400 employees across four regions of the country.
The initiative includes preventive health screenings, follow-up consultations and educational activities, helping to support the early detection of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, as well as cancer.
ESG Innovator: promoting responsible and future-focused business
The ESG Innovator awards are one of Poland’s leading initiatives recognising best practice in environmental, social and corporate governance. Now in its fourth edition, the competition continues to highlight how vision, consistency and professional execution can translate into meaningful change in business and society alike.
The award was presented during the ESG Innovator Final Gala held at Hotel Bellotto in Warsaw. Eneris was represented by Nina Dwórnik-Kowalczyk, Senior HR Business Partner, and Jolanta Rogalska, Senior Sustainability and ESG Specialist, who accepted the distinction on behalf of the entire team behind the programme.
