Eneris has acquired 100% of the shares in Grabplast Sp. z o. o. – LDPE foil recycling and plastic bags production plant.

In addition to foil recycling and production of LDPE pellets, Grabplast has a professional line for producing plastic bags. Eneris intends to use the bags produced at the plant as part of ongoing municipal waste collection contracts and, in addition, to sell them to contractors. The plant has the latest available technology on the market.
